Lot Models

One thing that we have learned over the years is that hearing a description of what we plan to build is vastly different from walking inside a model of the building, pre-construction and seeing exactly how your project will look after completion. Because we want to make sure you receive the structure that fits exactly your needs, we have constructed eight different garage models and 12 storage building models for you to inspect. This gives you the opportunity to gauge the size of the building you need as well as make changes in existing models or design from scratch.

"The Classic" - This is one of our most common designs over the years. The model is 24' x 24' with a floored loft area that can be used for many purposes. Its gable roof design and pitch blend seamlessly with many home designs.

"The Barn" - This Gambrel roof design offers the most floor space for the money. It has been a popular design for agricultural and residential settings. The addition of shed roofs increases the functionality of this building.

"The Studio" - This model gets its name from the studio apartment in the upstairs. The steepened roof pitch, dormers and exterior stairs help maximize the space available both up and down stairs.

"The Workshop" - versatility is the best thing about this model. We have built this in sizes ranging from 16' x 24' to 40' x 50'. Variations of truss designs and wall height can accommodate automotive lifts and wood working shops. Uses range from pool houses to in-law suites to a deluxe garage.

"The Town and Country" - Our take on the classic monitor design, the Town and Country's unique layout allows for compartmentalized workshop or office space on the down stairs as well as the upstairs. The Lean-to offers a perfect space for boat or tractor storage and can be enclosed as well for additional interior storage.

Storage Buildings

"The Gable" - Our gable roof style storage building is the perfect edition to any home. With sizes ranging from 8' x 12' to 16' x 32', this building can provide the space you need to clean out that garage and actually park your cars inside. Like all our models, customization is easy. Vinyl siding, hardi-plank, increased roof pitch, windows architectural shingles, are just some of the design factors we can change to make this building blend seamlessly with your home. The pictures illustrate the models available for your inspection on our lot.

"The Barn" - Our classic gambrel roof storage building is the most economical of our storage buildings. This roof system gives you the most cubic volume for the least money. The barn can be built in a variety of exterior finishes, roofing materials and sizes to give you exactly the space you need. Our lot features five different barn models with many variations and many different options. Come by or call for your custom quote today!

"The Suburban"- This model is a scaled down version of our "Town and Country" garage. At over 640 square feet of interior space and 768 under roof, this model comes ready to handle the storage needs of the biggest family. The downstairs is a generous 16' x 24' and the upstairs is a spacious 16' x 16', add the 8' x 16' lean to and you have a storage building that will serve your needs for decades to come.
